Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility: We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Perishable goods, including health and wellness food products, are not eligible for returns due to safety and hygiene reasons unless they were damaged or defective upon arrival.
2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at enquiry@rthreehealthcare.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
- Pack the item securely and include the return authorization number in the package.
3. Refunds: Upon receiving your returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If the returned item is found to be damaged, opened, or used, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.
4. Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
